The bouquet was significantly different than photo on the website, but: 1) It was still beautiful 2) It arrived on time, on Mother’s Day even though I put in the order late the evening before and 3) It made my mother very, very happy Edit: The florist has responded here, emailed me, called me, left a voicemail and a long text message (including photos of her thermometer.) She has requested this review be changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. To be clear, there was nothing wrong with the bouquet, it was simply, significantly different than the photo. I understand I ordered very late the day before Mother’s Day. Here are your stars. Please refrain from reaching out further. ---- Florist's Response: Dear Sabrina what you need to know is that I was suffering horribly from covid the whole week prior to Mother's Day and I was afraid I was going to have to cancel. I was unable to meet with brides for payment it was just a nightmare of a week I waited until I tested negative and I went ahead and performed 50 arrangements well being unable to breathe from covid. It also clearly states on my website that no arrangement is a cookie cutter arrangement I don't do exact replications that's not art. I also have to stay that if you don't pre-order I can't guarantee anything because I sell out so fast on Mother's Day anyone that orders last minute is going to get whatever I have because to understand Mother's Day is the busiest day of the year for any florist we literally work for two days straight no sleep. I hope that you will either change this review or take it down because I do not feel it is reflective of my work rather from a person who is trying to make it all work suffering from covid and also a last-minute order.
