I am extremely satisfied with the quality and care of the floral Rose arrangement that was delivered to my BF after the passing of her beloved cat yesterday. The Flower Lady provided great customer service communicating with me about the flower arrangement I ordered and same day delivery. She put together a beautiful bouquet and hand delivered them.
