How do you know what to get mom for Mother's Day?
I always tell my kids either no gifts or if I really need something I politely hint.
What I do ask forevery year without fail is time togther! In this busy world we need to make time for family.
I think so often we take for granted family will always be there, like our pets.
I have 8 dogs and I remember every day they won't always be around, so when they do something annoying I always remind myself Yoshi won't always be here to chase the horse and almost get kicked in the face or that he won't always be here to clean out the trash can. LOL.
The one ask I have of my kids is make me a really terrible card at the very last minute. This has become a ridicuously funny joke in our family. Stick figures and all. We don't need permission to laugh more. So this mother's day make it smaller, go for a walk, have a picnic in the sand dunes celebrate love of children. That is a real mother's day!
